E Arc provided by EdelweissThis had it's creepy moments, but was paced more like a YA book. It also dealt with a lot of grief over the brother's death. I was hoping this would be more of a thriller; instead, it was more of an alien book. Just not the book I needed for my students right now.

Older readers and adults may find logical disconnects at a point or two (Who has a CDC location where wireless and internet are spotty at best) and it starts a bit slow, but then someone pours gasoline on its backside and lights a match. From that point on, it's a wild ride with great creep and nonstop action, leading to a Twilight Zone finish. Great book for teen horror fans and one a library should certainly consider adding to their collection. I zipped through in about three hours.
