Lust Hate Love (Fallen Angel, #4)
USA TODAY bestselling authors Brooke Blaine and Ella Frank continue the story of sexy Fallen Angel rockers Killian and Levi in LUST. HATE. LOVE. As the sexy, charismatic bassist for world-famous rock band Fallen Angel, whatever Killian Michaels wants, Killian Michaels gets. Or at least that was the case until the band’s gorgeous new manager, Levi Walker, shot him down after a blistering first kiss. For Levi, managing these five guys is the opportunity of a lifetime, and he’s not about to let a case of sexual desire get in his way. He’s efficient, professional, and plays by the book. But tension simmers beneath Levi’s cool exterior every time Killian’s near, and soon enough the passion boils over, consuming them both. As the Corruption tour takes them from country to country, a heated game of cat and mouse ensues. Levi tries to deny the irresistible pull of Killian’s seductive nature, but with an attraction as strong as theirs, it’s only a matter of time before the lust-filled hate turns to love. LUST. HATE. LOVE. is the fourth book of the Fallen Angel Series and follows a new couple in the band. It can be read as a standalone or following ANGEL.

I found out about his wants and needs pretty fast because what Killian wants more than anything is Levi... the band's new manager and total hottie :P Too bad Levi is trying to be a professional and not giving Levi the time of day. Levi is not one to give up that easily though, and so begins a pursuit to win over the man's heart ... and get in his pants. These two were definitely "steaming" hot together, even though it did take some time for Levi to see the light and give in. There really isn't a lot of angst in this one and I am gonna be honest... I could have done with a bit more. That said, I am a bit of an angst-junkie, so I love it when authors toy with my emotions, I am weird that way ;)What you will get, however, is a ton of sexual tension, some lovely sweetness and plenty of sexy times!! And for the Halo and Viper fans...no worries, they get plenty of "screentime" in this one as well. Though, they weren't my favorite people, with the way they acted at times. This one can be read as a stand-alone, but I myself advise starting with the first book. It will make things a bit more clear and you will enjoy reading this one more.  An ARC was provided to in exchange for an honest review

NOW LIVE!Amazon US * Amazon UKLust Hate Love brought every ounce of sexual tension that these authors had to offer. From page one we could see how bad Killian and Levi wanted each other, and Killian was fully ready to take what he wanted, but Levi was determined to keep his distance. I am a little sad that there seemed to not be a ton of story between Levi and Killian, and a lot of their book revolved around them wanting each other, taking what they wanted, and an explosion of heated connections. But I can't be too mad at the fact that the tension between them was done so well. It had me captivated and every page had me looking forward to more of those heated glances and stolen kisses. Overall, this is a book I would recommend for any fans of steamy MM novels. It can technicaly be read as a standalone but I would say to read the previous books first so that you get the full story of the band. Especially the novella, An Affair In Paris, since that storyline kind of makes it's way into this book. ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review.

The hearts on the line that seek their soulmate, that had me feeling the pull and the need. Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine will go down as my favorite writing duo. They nailed this entire series for me and I cannot be more happy than I am now. "Being attracted to him was easy; it was the staying-away part that was difficult." Lust. Hate. Love. Such a fitting title for this book. So many emotions wrapped up in this one, and the fact that we had two alpha personalities - learning how to differentiate that give and take would have been my immediate wonder. But knowing they could fall into what was natural for them was amazing to witness. I mean, their chemistry? Woah. I knew Halo and Viper were HOT, but knowing this simmering lava-hot pull between Killian and Levi both being denied and being the proverbial carrot on a stick, I couldn’t help but smile and read with glee while they both fought and tempted the devil with their words. Killian, oh so freaking naughty!!! YUM!! Levi was powerless to Killian’s whispers in his ear and the sexual innuendos he doled out every chance he got. I cannot smile enough through my words to say how much I loved this story. "When I look at you, I lose my ability to think." Gosh, their dynamic was actually atypical from what I’ve read before, so that gave me more to focus on and I loved that it was so different. The give and take was in equal parts and it was so neat to see it. What I found very relatable about them was the fact that they had their very real sides of emotion that were just theirs to witness between the two of them. I just loved them so much....I'm going to miss this band. This kind of love between a couple is exactly why I like rocker booksThese types of books are why I love reading new to me authorsThis series is why.....I love reading. With this story (and the whole series), I got to enjoy not only a love worth fighting for, but it also gave me a look into the world of misinformation and outward appearances - all things public figures have to contend with while trying to live some semblance of a normal life. Like, what do they consider "spare time" in this life they keep? I can't even begin to imagine the pace rockstars manage. So many cities in just as many days? One day away from the grind and it probably feels like the best vacation ever - so imagining how everything is on constant fast forward for these guys, it didn’t honestly feel like it was a rushed story or relationship. I love that about Ella and Brooke's words. The pace was constant, the flow was effortless, and the story was well thought out. It felt like this attraction took its time to manifest and grow into something worthy of their effort. It felt like Levi and Killian had time, yet it wasn’t quick enough because I wanted more of them together! I loved the internal battles, the mental and emotional ones they both fought. But I loved the reality behind their world too. I found it very easy to connect and fall in love with yet another rockstar couple in this series. I want MORE. More, I tell ya!! This can't be over!! {{sniffle}}--> This book was EVERYTHING I wanted in Killian's and Levi's story. However, with the series now over, I am so very sad. This is seriously my FAVORITE rockstar series. I only wish we could have gotten a separate story for Jagger, Slade and Imogen, but being able to see the crew in this book be a part of the love story in full was rewarding. I'm excited for more books to come, and you can bet I am going to read each book they put out. I honestly can't get enough of their men...their stories. The love they share with me. They always give me the swoon-worthy reads that make my heart race, my lips curve up, and my sighs dreamy."I was wrong to think I'd ever be able to be around you and not fall completely and utterly in love with the man you are. 4.5 stars!A great end to this entertaining series. I've been waiting for Killian and Levi's book ever since we got the teaser for it in the third book. Killian and Levi are immediately attracted to each other, and Killian and Levi kiss at that party, but Levi has rules, rules he doesn't cross. Like sleeping with a client. When the band goes on tour in Australia, Killian and Levi become closer, enough that they eventually give in to temptation.Levi swears it's just lust, but then he breaks all his rules to be with Killian, so it isn't just lust. But what happened to Levi at the start of his career has made it hard for him to trust that Killian won't hurt him. But Killian doesn't give up, and he's determined to show Levi that he's the man for him, and that he's serious about it being more than a casual hookup. These two were hot and sweet together, and I enjoyed their scene together a lot.My only complain, and why I took .5 off, is that the ending felt rushed. I don't know if this could have gone another book, but them finally getting together for good at the end to the epilogue with them having their HEA felt a little abrupt and too fast. I still enjoyed it for what it was, but wish it hadn't been so rushed. Overall, though, a great book. I always love these two authoring together. I can't wait for their next venture! Also, last book read of 2019...pretty awesome book to end the year with. Woot woot!

4 stars. After thinking about it for a bit, I decided to change my rating from 4.5 to 4 and I'll explain more on why below. But first, until recently I had no idea that Killian's book was releasing and it made me so happy that it was with none other then their manager, Levi.Their chemistry was off the charts, you could feel it from the first page. Their story made my heart beat, put a smile on my face, and made me melt. I loved getting to see all the other characters. So why the 4 stars? Because 4 stars. Lust Hate Love couldn’t be a more apt title for the fourth book in the Fallen Angel series. Killian and Levi travel a journey that mimics the title- from lust that morphs to hate, (although that might be too strong of a word for what happens between them), to that hate eventually leading to the sweetest love between these two perfectly matched men. One of my favorite things about this book was the lack of drama, which was kind of surprising considering we’re dealing with rockstars here. Even when things between Levi and Killian were tense, they were adults about it (I’m looking at you here, Viper and Halo).I liked the way Killian went about “wooing” Levi, it was all kinds of sweet. I’ve got to hand it to Levi, he put up a good fight and did his best to stick to his rules, but those rules were no match for the chemistry between he and Killian. These guys were my favorite of the series. The epilogue was the perfect way to wrap this series up!

From his level headed nature to the sweet gestures and the way he treats Levi. Put a fork in me, I’m done. I love him, and so for him to get his HEA at the end. I was overjoyed to see him so complete and happy. Levi is a great character, too, but I did feel a bit more attached to Kill since he has been around forever with the Viper and Angel’s story. The plot is really low angst, and the conflict is pretty clear with a realistic and grown up conclusion. I did enjoy watching the courtship of the two and the time together. I do wish I would have seen more of them together outside of the bedroom and the band duties that they have. I think that is why I love the epilogue so much. We are able to get a glimpse of them as a couple. While this hasn’t been my favorite series from this duo, it is well written, and they have created such a loving family with these characters that they do feel a bit like home. I’ll miss seeing them on the pages. ARC review.

Frank and Blaine have done it again! Lust Hate Love is the amazing concluding book to the Fallen Angel series and what an ending it is. We finally get Killian Richards's story, the sexy and steady member of the band, who falls hard for their new manager, Levi Walker. Oh the heat. Oh the chemistry. You couldn't stop Killian and his 'moon eyes' if you tried. His attraction to the seemingly uptight Levi is off the charts and as he chisels a bit more from a well-guarded heart, the way these two fit together both figuratively and literally is wicked HOT. The authors don't make us wait too long as Killian manages to grab his new lover, ravage him silly, mess up with ill-timed words and somehow make them both realize they are lost without the other. This entire series is full of heart and soul and these bad boys of rock n roll make me swoon with their devotion, their loyalty and their charisma. Everyone is present and accounted for with revelations made known in a previous novella stirring the pot just enough to eventually bring out the best in everyone involved.I am sorry to these sexy rockers go but the epilogue alone is enough to make me smile and sigh as I know they will all be just fine in the years to come. Hopefully we'll catch a glimpse again in a future book to see how they are all faring. In the meantime, I'll savor Lust Hate Love just a little while longer, happily giving it a solid 5 stars!

That last part is a lie. I want more because I’m a greedy biyatch and really just want to spend a lot more time with these characters BUT as far as getting to that HEA...I’m a happy girl.Killian and Levi. I adored Killian from the beginning. He may be the ‘mom’ of the group, ensuring that his wilder, more impulsive band mate don’t go too crazy, but he’s got this quiet confidence that draws you in and the kind of innate charm that will leave you swooning. And then there is Levi. I LOVED how comfortable he was in his own skin. He owned everything he was and I loved how he commanded everyone’s attention without breaking a sweat. As for their journey to their HEA, calling it a cat and mouse game is the perfect way to describe it, and regardless of the frustration I was put through because of it, it was a lot of fun. I loved their bantering, the chemistry between them was intense and the genuine affection they had for each other was all kinds of heart melting. Unfortunately there were bumps in the road, and they were both equally responsible for them, but I loved how they finally got their shit together ~ with a little help from those who love them most~ and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out for them.I’m a #fangirl of both of these authors, whether they are collaborating or doing solo projects, because they make it so easy to get lost in the world and the unique characters they create and I end up wanting more time with them. And this book just reinforced that feeling. I loved getting to know Kill and Levi better, but I also loved hanging out with Viper, Halo, Slade, Jagger and Imogen and just seeing how their relationships have evolved and how much of a family they all are. This is, for all intents and purposes, the last of the series, and it makes me just a tinsy bit sad, but considering how both of these authors tend to have the majority of their books loosely connected to each other, I have no doubt this crazy crew will be mentioned in some way or form in upcoming books.Note: This book can be read as a stand-alone, but I honestly believe it will be a lot more fun for you if you start at the beginning with Halo so you can truly appreciate these characters and the relationships they have with one another.~ Copy provided by the author & voluntarily reviewed ~

This book, that both authors teased at the end of the previous volume, offered everything we wanted and more : love, wit, fun and… steamy sex scenes ! Being a faithful reader for a while, I met Killian in Brooke’s South Haven series and I have been curious for his story ever since. We saw him as a loyal friend, fierce bandleader and in this book we get to see a new side of him : the passionate lover, ready to do anything for the man he wants… AKA Levi, the new band manager, who’s rule number one is simple : never get involved with a client. Caution, I would advise you to have read the first three books and the novella before reading Lust. Hate. Love., despite the possibility to read it as a standalone but it would diminish the comprehension of certain events. This book’s prologue, is the epilogue of Angel, so if you read it recently you can skip it. But for those like me who read it a while ago, it is good to refresh our minds. Six month after an intense kiss that neither Killian nor Levi can forget, The Fallen Angels keep touring across the world for their Corruption Tour. Smiling and easy going Killian is gone because for the last six months have been hell for him, seeing Levi and not being able to be with him as he wants to be. He is grumpy and everyone notices it. That’s where our dearest Viper tell him to go for it because he did, and now is living blissfully with his Angel. And that’s when our Killian get on the move to get Levi for himself.I loved both characters deeply : they both had their flaws, fears and difficult pasts but they didn't made a show out of it. Their problems were quite relatable. The resolution of them was also very realistic and not full of dramas, which I am getting sick of in some books. Killian had charmed me long ago with his smile and his rock star vibe. But I think I fell in love with Levi along Killian because he is so lovable. He has his rules for goof reasons but his attraction to Killian is not only physical because he likes him as a friend too. That’s why he can’t forget about the kiss and keeps thinking about what ifs… Killian, on his part, knows what, or more precisely who he wants and is pretty vocal about it. He is relentless, he doesn’t give Levi a minute to recover from his last assault : he shows him what they could be together as a couple. I not only love them as their own characters but also as a couple : they give as much as they take. It is a balanced relationship, full of unexplored chemistry, sometimes misunderstanding but they talk it out as adults. Their attraction is off-the-charts and once they act on it I can tell you… It is worth the wait. As we are still in the Fallen Angel series we get to see our favorite band, funny as ever together : our power couple Viper and Halo, Slade and Jagger. And a surprise guest that might stir some trouble in the band… but hush I didn’t tell you ;) They are still full of mischief and rude (and sometimes crude ) jokes and we love them for it. They are unapologetically themselves and we wouldn't want them any other way. There is only one volume on this couple but it is enough and all loose ends are tied up. The epilogue gives us a happy ending for everyone in the band and I am really happy for them all. A bit sad to leave them but knowing Brooke and Ella we might see them around in the future as guests in their next books ;) If you didn’t read this series go for it you won’t regret it !

Lust Hate Love by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine is the 4th book in The Fallen Angel Series. It's a charming and steamy love story. It focuses on the band's bassist Killian Michaels and their manager Levi Walker. Two opposite puzzle pieces that should not work, but absolutely do.....After they shared an extraordinary kiss, Killian could not wait to get more! While Levi attempted to forget it. This is where their cat and mouse game began. Killian refused to take no for an answer. He saw everything Lust Hate Love by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine is the 4th book in The Fallen Angel Series. This is where their cat and mouse game began. Killian refused to take no for an answer. He saw everything he ever wanted in Levi. Too bad Levi had rules. Rules he refused to break. Rule #1: DO NOT get involved with a client! Even if that client totally got under his skin and made him want things he could not have! Levi prided himself on always being immaculate and extremely professional. He cleaned up messes, he didn't make them. Therefore his only option was to push Killian away and deny himself.(omg he frustrated me!I kept saying, just give in!!! lol)I loved how Levi brought out Killian's softer side.... Seeing a vulnerable Killian was a beautiful thing! This Rock God surprised me in the best possible ways. He was down right dreamy. So much more then meets the eye. Dare I say, he was even romantic!Levi could run but he couldn't hide.... and why would he want to? When Killian wants something he gets it. I loved how he never gave up on his pursuit of Levi. The crackling chemistry between these two was always present! In every interaction, every stare, every touch....When they finally gave in it was a sight to be seen! Hanging with the Fallen Angel gang and catching up made me so happy! I love these guys. While the epilogue was the icing on the cake....Lust Hate Love is another fun installment to this fantastic series.

I love Killian in this book more than ever. We see a man that finds his soul mate and understands he is skittish and stubborn. He takes it slow and tries to prove himself and along the way finds that he has fallen in love. Only he realizes that Levi would run for the hills from this. Levi’s past is affecting his chance at happiness and that is sad to see for these two are made for one another. Don’t get me wrong he is a great guy. Keeps the band in line and Killian on his toes. Levi’s past is affecting his chance at happiness and that is sad to see for these two are made for one another. Don’t get me wrong he is a great guy. Keeps the band in line and Killian on his toes. He is smart and sweet.Killian is smart, sexy, fun, level headed and a great catch. He never dated seriously but with Levi wanted to. He wanted the chance to show that he was serious and wouldn’t hurt him. For Levi, his mind was closed off. He felt he knew what would happen and in a way he created the issues later on between him and Killian with his stubbornness not to see Killian for Killian. His past pain has him not distinguish between Killian and the one that caused him pain in the past. I loved watching Killian with Levi. He was patient and sarcastic when need be. Flirtatious and serious but also showed him trust and respect. He believed wholeheartedly in his feelings for Levi even if Levi didn’t always believe in Killian. Watching these two at the beginning of the tour with all the tension between them due to frustration and attraction made the story of them finding their way to one another more intriguing and attractive. The angst was created due to stubbornness and misunderstanding. These two truly belonged together and Killian went through a lot to get Levi to see this. Not only that he walked a thin line because he was trying to respect Levi and also not hurt him and to respect him he had to keep quiet with those he considered family and it did take a toll on him. Killian was great throughout the book. The right amount of serious, flirty, snarky and fun. He was what Levi needed-a sexy man who respected and trusted him with his future and heart. The ending has you just go awww and so darn happy for them and the band. A great story from beginning to end that has you root for these two and hope Levi sees what he is missing with Killian.

I absolutely loved this book. I have been dying to read Killian’s book since Halo, the first book in the Fallen Angel series. Although I love all of the guys of Fallen Angel, Killian is my absolute favorite and have been on pins and needles waiting for his and Levi’s book. Let me just tell you that Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine did not disappoint. Lust. Hate. Love. is the absolute perfect title to describe Killian and Levi’s relationship. Let me just tell you that Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine did not disappoint. Lust. Hate. Love. is the absolute perfect title to describe Killian and Levi’s relationship. These two went from lusting after each other to hating each other, but not really, as a way to coverup the feelings they were having for each other, esp Levi, who was fighting his feelings for Killian with everything he had in him, to loving each other in the most perfect way. I laughed with, shouted at and wanted to strangle these two, esp. Levi, because he just refused to believe Killian was true, to help them get to their HEA!! All I have to say is thank goodness for Viper!! Love that big mouth and hot headed guy. Although you don’t have to read the series in order to read this book, I highly suggest that you do, because it will truly help you understand these guys and their relationships, and not to mention the series is just fantastic. Lust. Hate. Love focuses on Killian Michaels, the gorgeous level-headed bassist for Fallen Angel, who also has the role of keeping the guys on track, and Levi Walker, the sexy no nonsense brand new manager of the band, who also has a flair for the colorful, and their journey to their HEA. Their story is a real rollercoaster of a ride filled with laughter, anticipation, and love...one you aren’t too sure is going to end in an HEA. The sexual chemistry between these two is beyond off the charts. All in all these two are perfect for each other. Lust. Love. Hate is yet another wonderful collaboration between these two talented writers. I am sad to say that I hate that Killian’s book is the conclusion to the Fallen Angels series, because I absolutely love this band and these guys and their antics and their journeys toward happiness and love. Hopefully these guys will pop up in other books by these two ladies, but even if they don’t I just have to say thank you for this wonderful series. I enjoyed every minute of it.

It's eluded to a few times in the previous books (and this one) how most of the world loves Viper and he's the real, initial draw of Fallen Angel, but honestly, from day one, I've been a Killian girl. I love the silent type that kind of takes a back seat to everyone else. Killian is the level-headed member of the group, the one keeping the rest of the band in check. He just drew me in from the start, so to see him get his happily ever after made me so dang happy.Lust Hate Love is sexy and sweet It's eluded to a few times in the previous books (and this one) how most of the world loves Viper and he's the real, initial draw of Fallen Angel, but honestly, from day one, I've been a Killian girl. He's so freaking hot and the way he is with Levi just makes him even hotter. Levi, was a bit of a tough nut to crack and his reluctance to start things with Killian made me wonder if he was worthy, but as it all played out, I realized that Levi was the perfect match for Killian.I really enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the romance between Killian and Levi. I loved hanging with the band and seeing Viper and Halo's relationship continue to thrive. And the epilogue...oh man, that epilogue was amazing. It not only wrapped up Kill and Levi's story, but it also showed us the future of the rest of the band, and it was exactly what I wanted and more. This is a must read series, written by two authors that know their way around sexy guys and great love stories.

I had been patiently waiting for this story as you get a tease of it in the Halo/Viper trilogy....And I was not one bit disappointed. So it's basically a romance between a rock star and their band manager, which is kind of an off-limits, forbidden feel...First of all, these characters are so well-written.I loved every single description of Levi's wardrobe. I mean, a man that can pull off some crazy outfits and still be confident and hot. Yes, please.... sign me right up for that.... and if you I had been patiently waiting for this story as you get a tease of it in the Halo/Viper trilogy....And I was not one bit disappointed. So it's basically a romance between a rock star and their band manager, which is kind of an off-limits, forbidden feel...First of all, these characters are so well-written.I loved every single description of Levi's wardrobe. This book can be read as a true standalone as I haven't read the others in the Fallen Angel series. Killian and Levi. I loved how it took time for their relationship to happen. Oh and throwing Levi's brother in was a fun loop. Loved the epilogue.I received this book at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
