Broken Legacy (Dark Legacy, #3)
They're my boys now - the four heirs of Delta. Together we’re a team ... a family. Five broken, brutal, possibly sociopathic people, and we are all that stands between the world and the powerful, corrupt Delta corporation. We have no idea what we’re doing, but somehow we are determined to stop them. Permanently. We just need leverage ... irrefutable evidence of their corruption. And we need it now. Before the vote that will change everything.Only there are a few other issues to deal with first. Dante in prison for murder, blood coated roses showing up on my doorstep, and my bio-mom reaching all new levels of insanity. For the first time we might be completely out of our depth ... but we won’t give up.Not until the final battle is played out. Not until the war has been won.*This dark contemporary romance features one girl and four sexy, dangerous boys but is NOT a reverse harem.*Includes a sneak peek of chapter one of Princess Ballot.

I am glad I got this over with to be honest. It’s not that I hated Riley but the 8000 times the word “butterfly” is mentioned got old already in book one and I really didn’t need to be reminded every other page how special she is. Because everybody was trying to get into her pants and kept telling her how amazing/hot/strong she is. What I disliked the most is the whole Chosen One vibe she gave off. She’s a nobody and suddenly she has 4 gorgeous guys all fawning over her, protecting her and letting her in their circle, treating her like family in barely a few months time? You know, the all the girls want to be her and all the boys want to be with her type of chick. Puh-lease. Also, the girl can’t stop getting kidnapped all the time, and as if she wasn’t special enough up until this point: (view spoiler)[suddenly a stalker/serial killer is involved and of course he targets Riley! I’m sure she farts glitter and everyhing. (hide spoiler)].And then Beck... I think he patended the words “I’m not letting you out of my sight Riley”. He also shits money so he could probably really buy said patent.

”You are my life, Riley. My fucking life, heart and soul. Without you, there is no fucking me.” Book 3 in the dark Legacy series following Riley, Beck, Dylan, Jasper and Evan. This series has had me hooked from the start, with all of the suspense and danger and trying to figure out who was behind what and who was coming next. Yes, some of the situations were over the top for teenagers... but it’s fiction so stuff like that doesn’t bother me. It just adds to the heart pounding action. ”You belong to me, Riley Jameson. Say the fucking words.” Now can we just talk about Sebastian Roman motherfucking Bennett. I fell in love with this possessive, over the top asshole in the first story and knew my love for him would only grow but what I didn’t expect was for him to melt both my heart and panties simultaneously in this book. The guy was so fucking swoony, I couldn’t deal! He’s so cold, calculating and ruthless one minute and then he’s being bought to his knees by Riley the next and I just lapped it up. ”You are not going to win, Sebastian. I will submit to no man.” Riley, I loved her. She’s a kick ass, take no prisoners kind of girl and that is my favourite sort of heroine. Yes she may have frozen in some situations in this book where she could’ve kicked ass, but to me that just made everything seem more believable. If you haven’t started this series you really need to. Deliciously dark and dangerous. It will have you addicted from the very first page, heart pounding and shouting out loud. Secrets and lies, deceit and betrayal. Love and hurt. This series had it all and I would definitely recommend it to any one who likes dark, action packed books.

The story of Railey Jameson to Railey Debois continues as the last book ended in a cliff hanger. An Elite high school dark book where there are 4 rich boys and 1 strong female character. As Railey's life turned upside down after her parent's death, she faces new challenges and learns more about her life that she never knew and encounters with new feelings which betray her. " “I won’t stand in your way, baby, but I will stand at your side, where I belong.”The last book ended in the cliffhanger where Catherine was shown kissing her brother. Reily"s mission to destroy her mother and the delta just got more complicated as Catherine"s past reveals, including Oscar"s killer and his true identity. Reily starts receiving threats and gifts from anonymous until she learns that a serial killer is following her and that person killed 2 herinnes previously and now she is next. But Beck and the guys are determined to protect their girl and stand by her side. " Riley was in my blood, and I wasn’t sure I could live without her. BOOKS IN THIS SERIES! 1- broken wings2- broken trust3- broken legacy This series is my all time favorite! only one word= Beck 🤤. The last book left me curious with many unanswered questions but this book filled me with all the details. this was with full of secrets, twists and turns and I just loved it!!Beck was as usual swoon worthy but in this book he was shown really grumpy and like a love sick puppy but he is mine anyway! I couldn't put this book down for a second, so many revelation that I was just shook! one part where Reily said " My head was so full of secrets and revelations it felt like I might explode if I didn’t keep moving.". I was agreeing with her and said "same girl, same" 😂 The ending part! my heart just stopped for a moment, I knew it was not true but still ( read it and you will know #nospoilers) , but still, i was tensed and scared for the guys. I love this book! and love this series! I somehow felt bad for Catherine after learning her past but what she did to her family and children's was unforgivable. i need a book for the guys and eddy! i ship Evan and eddy!! i need a book for them them even though eddy was not shown with him in this book but you know there was chemistryall the books were great, however I found this book a little confusing cuz some of the revelations didn't make sense but it was fun to read, and the epilogue/ ending was rushed up, I wanted to read more about Beck and Reilly, and what happens in their lives after the delta is destroyed. I wanted to see more of Catherine and Reilly cuz there was only one scene between them and the rest of the book takes place at Reily"s home where she is either plotting or resting. I think the first two books were just perfect but this one was slowly but yet rushed up. like it was rushed with full on details. And Reily was behaving oversmart where she knows nothing about the delta, she was just too annoying in this book that's it.Anyway, this series is gonna be my fav cuz ya know? Beck 🔥🤤🤤" The danger would never wane. Yesssss!!! This was the perfect conclusion to an incredible series! I don’t even know what exactly I was wanting to happen with Delta and everything else, but all I know is that it couldn’t have ended more perfectly than it did! Beck is still a fierce overly protective alpha, and I mean come on, do we really want him to change? I know I sure don’t!! SWOON. SWOON. SWOON. I can’t get enough of Beck and Riley together and I’m so sad that this is the end of their story!! Looks like a reread is in my Yesssss!!! This was the perfect conclusion to an incredible series! Disappointed legacy I was so freaking excited when I knew it was getting closer to the day this book was coming out I waited for what felt like years! Yes dramatic. I honestly would’ve waited longer if that meant that the product Tate and Eve put through felt finished, polished, and thorough. It didn’t. There were a lot of twists and turns and I felt like there were ideas/scenarios put in here that had me tilt my head to the side. There were a lot of twists and turns and I felt like there were ideas/scenarios put in here that had me tilt my head to the side. Like how there’s now a serial killer introduced into the book and of course he’s targeting young heiresses. I mean I get they (the authors) wanted to have someone who could be a scapegoat/benefactor for all of the crap Delta and Huntley did to the next in line, but he was completely working alone. Which didn’t even fit into what was going on, why not at least tie it into someone from delta or Huntley to make it flow better with the book? I mean it’s basically a story within another story, it felt like the authors were grasping at straws for ideas. I also get this is not a RH. I get it, I was warned, I understand, but I cannot help but feel a tad disappointed because you knew that Dylan and Dante were in love with the lead character. The Dylan factor never got resolved it just said in the end that “their relationship wasn’t the same” blah blah blah. And then Dante, the mess of his situation annoys me, he betrayed her from the moment he became friends with her and she forgave him... like after a few days?! Like I got she understood the situation but I mean come on, your life is a lie, everything orchestrated from the beginning, I mean come the heck on! I mean he basically said it started meaning more and ect. Then he got his “happy ending”? With Eddie? Because she’s basically second best. Idk the whole Dylan/Dante/Sebastian situation annoyed me and left much to be desired. That and Riley was just portrayed so disappointingly. She just didn’t kick butt, what was the point in wasting my time reading that’s she’s getting all this training and lessons if she didn’t really use it and froze up all.the.time? I mean for the love of everything holy why did you try so hard to make her sound so badass (basically a hood girl, who races cars, was scrappy ect.) those characteristics were lost by book two and book three they were non-existent. My only consolation was that there was some steam in this book to keep some of the reading going and sadly, that the series is over. I usually despair when the end is closing on a beloved series. This last book was really sub-par speaking as a huge Eve fan. I can only think this stemmed from her co-writing a book. Again I get the whole this “isn’t a RH” deal but then why introduce so many men 3 of which really love her and she loves them too ... this book was not satisfying. Why is it so hard to find a solid KU read these days??

Each perfected the cruel cunning necessary to survive. Except one didn't survive. They lost one of their own when Oscar was killed. However, each family must have a successor, so the hidden heir, Riley was brought into the fold. Untested, naive, innocent, thrown into this deadly world, Riley managed to find a way into the heir's tight bond. One day she was a replacement, one day she was family. Now she would die for her guys and they would die to protect her. As the vote draws near, the heirs must find a way to stop the Delta Board. They need leverage, irrefutable proof to stop them once and for all. It's the only chance they have at the lives they want. Time is running out and as the deadline approaches they have other issues demanding their immediate attention; Dante is in prison for murder, Riley is receiving blood coated roses, and Catherine is up to no good. They are in over their heads but there's no giving up. Losing is not an option. Losing in this world means paying with your life. I am nearly speechless. This book was utterly fantastic. So much intrigue, so much action, so many brilliant twists and dazzling moments. Violence, intensity, passion, and insanity. It is an addictive, can't put down, read all night kind of book. Beck and Butterfly have that crazy kind of love that could burn down the world. They are surrounded by their brothers whose loyalty and protectiveness are unrivaled. They are all fighting for their very lives. It's delicious!

Which is surprising because for some reason authors make the main female character so ditzy and stupid and I don’t get it! So the fact that she was realistically stupid (idk if that makes sense or not but I can’t find the right words to make y’all understand how she wasn’t over the top, make you want to slap her stupid lol) made this book that much better.I know a lot of people expect her to end up with all of them, not the case. Sebastian Beck does not play well with others 🙅🏽‍♀️ So sad to see this series come to an end. Honestly, one of my favorites!

Bummer. Unpopular opinion alert. Actually no, I'm gonna take that back. I actually really liked the series as a whole. It was crazy addictive and intense and this book was no different. However, reading it felt like it was always... full tilt, off the rails, mainlining 4 pots of coffee and being up for about 36 hours straight... are you feeling me? In short, it felt rushed. Twisted family history revelations!Crazy things happen to Riley throughout this last book of the series! Riley learns of her family's dark past and vows to change the future they have set out for her and the other Delta Heirs. My attention was grabbed from the very first word until the last and I am immensely happy with the ending. Now I hope in the future the other Delta Heirs get their own happy endings in their own books.

I’m sorry but I can’t make myself like such a spineless H who gets shat on all the time by the h, it seems like he’s dickless. The h’s Stupidity doesn’t end there. Like a proper bimbo she not only distracts the guys fighting the goons while she’s supposed to hide, se effectively kills them. Like which airheaded idiot cannot even hide properly. In the whole confrontation she had one job, one! - to hide. She failed at that. And then when she wasn’t held at gun point, she forgot all about the weapons strapped to her and let her guys surrender. I was so mindf***ed at that. She effectively chose herself over her boys. She could’ve easily used one of the many weapons on her body to shoot her evil mother but she not only failed to use her brains she even let her boys surrender their weapons only to be killed. She lost all - all respect then. She topped it off in the apt, by getting Richard killed. Like her level of dumbness just increased every chapter. She took the only weapon her father had only to be distracted by freaking news so that her poorly armed father had to come in to shoot her. She was a real damsel in distress. I have never disliked one of Jaymin & Tate’s MC soo much. Seraph is my fav female MC for crying out loud! I can’t believe these two greats authors got it soo wrong this time. The last but not the least was when she didn’t shoot her evil f***ing mother when she clearly had the chance and reason to. She killed her parents for crying out loud!, her ‘guys’ as she believed, Oscar and tormented so many ppl, but our nincumpoop of h had some moment of morality and indecision hit her and she couldn’t kill her mother. Not till she shot her first. What does this say about the h. I really don’t like her character. So much so I don’t think I’m ever going to read this book again and mind u I love to re- read. I have read Seraph black Atleast 30 times if not more. This book series will be deleted from my collection, I’m that disappointed by its last installement. N I’m putting a halt to these authors books for now. Maybe they need to concentrate better on their content. Read at your risk- I found my self skipping more tha half the book just to reach the end and almost pulling my hair out at the h’s uselessness. She really was a distraction n not a good one at that.

Broken Wings, Broken Trust, Broken Legacy.I am so sad to see this series end, but man, it was a hell of a ride. It was such a great series. The characters are captivating. The story is unique. And the love that characters have for each other is unmistakable. This is not a reverse harem.“I won’t stand in your way, baby, but I will stand at your side, where I belong.”Sebastian Roman Beckett. If you would look up sexy, possessive, a**hole, Sebastian would be at the top of the list. He takes the prize in broodiness. His possessiveness over Riley is addicting. I swoon with hearts in my eyes whenever he says anything lovable towards Riley. The love that he has for Riley is unmatchable. The power struggle that Beck and Riley battles was so fun to read..“You belong to me, Riley Jameson. Say the fucking words.”“You’re not going to win, Sebastian,” I said, unsuccessfully keeping the moan from my words. “I will submit to no man.”Riley is a damn goddess. That girl has been through the ringer and still comes out stronger. She shows no weakness and submits to nobody. Her one goal: destroy Catherine DeBois. This story was a dark, brutal, addicting story that left me wanting more!! Please, Tate and Jaymin, please tell me Jasper, Dylan, and Evan get their own stories because that can’t be all to the story. I need more!! Even Eddy and Dante’s story!! I want it all!! *grabby hands*Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.

Okay for some reason, I feel vaguely disappointed. I don't know, but I waited for this book the day the first was released, and now I feel almost numb. I feel like the authors took more of an easy way out on writing the conclusion. It was just such an epic series, and then everything just died down. The authors also hinted at the possibility of continuing this series, but honestly I don't know where they would pick up from. There were some hints towards the future of Beck and Riley, but honestly it would have been a better ending if Beck had decided to move their relationship forward in a major way. Or at least resolving some of the other plot issues. Like (view spoiler)[Dylan being, or thinking he's , in love with Riley. Like that's a major issue that's just going to...what? Disappear? And the vault, with all of Delta's dirty secrets, has a bunch of shit the heirs did. Is someone going to get rid of it and shit? Also, I know that Richard abdicated from Delta, but what happens to him. Do him and Riley ever get along on another level? And Oscar's killer was a big thing in the Delta world, but it was just brushed over. (hide spoiler)]I also want to put it out there, that the other boys should have their own books too. It would be awesome for Dylan to find someone. Same goes for Jasper and Evan who we really don't know too much about.Honestly it was just missing closure. I think that's the problem.

HOLY MOTHER OF BOOK LOVERS!!This series was abso-freakin-lutely amazing! I LOVED IT! The suspense got so intense I couldn't read fast enough. More than once I caught myself holding my breath. I love the way these 4 guys Beck, Dylan, Evan and Jasper go from hating Riley to loving her unconditionally. Together they all made her a stronger person. I loved how Riley would give it to Catherine Debitch. Riley's snarky smart ass comments had me laughing out loud. Jasper was a cracker too. Dylan was always so serious it was actually kinda sad knowing he was in love with Riley but she was madly and irrevocably in love with Beck an HOLY CRAP! Did they rock my world. These two were so smokin hot. I'm talkin set your crotch on fire smokin hot. I thought my Kindle was gonna catch on fire. The shock factor in this series was at times mind blowing . The things that Richard revealed about Catherine was WOW! I'm tickled to death at the way things turned out but couple of things are still bothering me. After all is said and done, I would have liked to have known if Riley and Richard have any kind of relationship at all. And I wanted to see Richard give the guys Oscar's diaries and they decipher them to figure out where the vault was. I EXTREMELY recommend this series to everyone! I loved every minute of it.

"When the car came to a stop, I shook off the pain, reaching across to check on my fucking soul who was in the seat beside me".Sebastian and Riley are my fuckin Jam. The fact that it was still a close nit group of guys with all the bonds and feelings that go along with that yet still a wholly passion between these two gave me all the feels. I loved the support cast and hope to see some of their stories in the future. I also love the fact that even after all the crazy they still chose not to rush the relationship by getting married while they were still so young. Plus, that leaves room in the future for a wedding perhaps that might be the start of some of those HEA for the other guys who Riley loves but is not IN LOVE with.I have seen some comments in reviews that this book was super fast paced but I personally loved that. The first two books did a lot of foreshadowing and explaining for this book. This book was the thrill ride conclusion that the first two perfectly set it up to be. This series has definitely become a favorite this year. Thanks for the ride.
