Imagine Sleepless in Seattle for the Instagram generation. It's like a picture of a beautiful beach on a travel blog that has been cropped to remove the sewage treatment plant. It just feels fake.

I'm sad this was so short...****4.5 Stars****Lucky Suit was bloody awesome. I can't believe Lauren Blakely would tease us with such interesting characters, catchy storyline and awesome narrators for it to be so SHORT!! I could have easily spent hours...days...weeks (maybe not weeks, let's not get too crazy) with Cam and Kristen. I can't believe Lauren Blakely would tease us with such interesting characters, catchy storyline and awesome narrators for it to be so SHORT!! I could have easily spent hours...days...weeks (maybe not weeks, let's not get too crazy) with Cam and Kristen. Kristen has been set up by her feisty grandmother a few too many times with very little success. None of the men she's dated can hold a sensible conversation, and when they do talk, it doesn't leave her satisfied. Kristen is keen to find companionship but it has to be with someone who shares the same interests as her. It's time for Gram to put away her matchmaking crown, so Kristen can find her own perfect match.Cam is a little unsettled, and when he visits his uncle, finds that the slower pace and scenery a little too appealing. When he meets an old friend at his uncle's car auction, they have a very interesting conversation about her granddaughter Kristen. He's intrigued, but what're the chances of them having things in common? How could they even contemplate dating when he lives in a different city? Maybe he should just leave the opportunity for romance and love up to chemistry and chance. It was such a sweet love story that captured my attention from start to finish. There was even a little curveball to spice things up. These two had such an instant attraction and connection but there were still stumbling blocks along the way.I loved Lucky Suit but I was disappointed that it was so short. The narrators do an AMAZING job and definitely brought the story to life for me. I got a shiver up my spine when at the end it was announced that one of the additional characters was getting her own story...BIRTHDAY SUIT!! WooHoo!! I'm getting more of Cam and Kirsten and a whole bunch of other characters in Lulu and Leo's story. There wasn't much to it, but what there was, entertained me from beginning to end.

Meh. I grabbed this as an audible freebie because I usually like the author, but I found this one really boring. The narrators were good though!

Cute book.. but nothing really happened.Lucky Suit is one of those books that I dove into because of the author. I absolutely love Lauren Blakely and everything she writes. However, I feel like nothing happened in this book. Whether it was Kristen and Cameron having chemistry or basically saying that they will never work for some stupid reason. Overall, nothing really happened between these two. There was no "drama" or anything that kept me on my toes. Just some grandma match making going on. Oh, and Kristen's grandma was basically my favorite character because she said the most random shit ever. Plus, she's a freaking genius for setting these two up. Even if they were stupid along the way.Overall, I wished it was longer and that something actually happened in this audio.

This is really short and I think it's an Audible exclusive. I have no idea why that's even a thing, but hey, the investment is small (for the reader) and I've liked Lauren Blakely books before so I gave it a shot. And it's not bad. The length is about right because this couple starts off mega-compatible and have almost no bar in their way to becoming a couple. The banter is good and the side characters interesting (if a bit over the top).So I'm going to give it four stars, though the negatives a This is really short and I think it's an Audible exclusive. I liked it, but some elements didn't really work that well (like Kristen's grandma). If you're on Audible and it's still free, it's not a bad introduction to a decent author.A note about Chaste: The relationship got to the stage where sex was the next step and Blakely skipped it. It happened and we learn generalities but nothing explicit at all. Which I consider chaste, but not everyone would make that same call. Personally, I suspect that with a story this short, it just didn't make sense to go into lots of detail on the physical intimacy. It's a good choice, I think.

This was the perfect romance audiobook to listen on my drive home after work. Made me smile and I absolutely enjoy Andi and Zachary’s performance. They both are on my list of amazing book narrators. This short, sweet, sexy and fun story revolves around Cameron who we already met in Birthday Suit. He is Lulu’s best friend. Now is his time to find love. Kristen is his mystery girl who he meets thanks to a nosy, sassy grandma that had it in her that her granddaughter will be his perfect match. I love that even Blakely secondary characters are fantastic and hilarious. It’s never a dull moment with all of them. I wish this was a full novel. I have to understand that it’s a novella so it’s supposed to be short but still you can’t blame me for wanting more of all this characters.

Oh, this was sweet, I am so glad we get more characters from Birthday Suit! This world is so sweet and unique. The meet-cute in this short was funny and kinda perfect for these two characters. Dating in this day and age can be daunting it sure is nice to have people there to do the dirty work. ;) Their scheming and chemistry made this story for me. I can’t wait for more from this world. Loved the narration, of course, these two narrators are amazing separately and together.

Outside of my normal genre. Had some sweet moments, but some really cringey ones. If it was any longer it would have been tough, but at this length I didn't feel like it was too much time to take a chance at it. Probably wouldn't recommend unless you want a pretty sappy story with a handful of funny moments.

Cameron seemed like the perfect BBF and Kristen was just so sweet.I can’t say there is too much about the story as it is. It was just that – short, cute rom/com but the audio was really good and you should give it a try if you need something light for in between books to cheer you up. Nothing fancy or over the top, but still good and will definitely leave you with a huge grin on your face.

I know this is supposed to be a short story, but I wanted it to be longer! I wanted more details; I wanted to live in their story a bit more. I guess wanting more is always a good complaint to have. I’ll definitely be looking into more Lauren Blakely novels after this one.My only other complaint besides the short length is the manipulations of the grandmother. I get it—that’s the cute, quirky twist/point of the book, but I lost a little bit of respect for a character that I really enjoyed instantaneously. Overall, super cute!

This is a super short little meet cute romance. Not a lot happens, other than they meet, like each other, and eventually get together. No smut and only like 2 kisses. My favorite character was the grandma Jeannie. She plays poker and goes to car auctions and is very tricky. I found her cute and sassy and she made me smile. This wasn't bad, but if it were longer maybe it would have been better.

I must say that narrators Zachary Webber and Andi Arndt do a FANTASTIC job of bringing this love story to life. They made me feel their characters' chemistry. I really enjoyed this fun and flirty romance from Lauren Blakely. We first met Cameron in Birthday Suit and were left wondering about Cameron's mystery woman. We finally get to meet Kristen, the smart, sexy, card shark who keeps him on his toes. Their meeting is unique and there might be some meddling involved that keeps you guessing. This quick story was made even more fun by narrators Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber. They make a great rom-com team delivering Blakely's signature banter perfectly. 3.5 stars. Listened to this as part of the free audible originals and have to say i was pleasantly surprised! The narrators where great and it was a quick, cute fluffy story. Wasn’t sure if I was going to like it in the beginning mostly because I love cooking and going on the dates that Kristen was slagging sounded like total fun. Glad I stuck around. Might have to give Birthday Suit a whirl now.

I did not want it to end!An absolute listening pleasure!
