Yet another Archie Horror that hits the ground running! The art is pretty swell. The micro-engagements between the Blossoms and the rest of the Riversdale community are excellent. There's a looming horror in each of the conversations, even before we learn more about WHY the twins are interested in evil. Bunn's had practise with horror, and here it shines. I hope the company, though, can get this out regularly. 39.25/50

I admit that the horror re-imagining of the Archie comics has both intrigued and annoyed me for a while. While I appreciate that they have finally let the world's oldest teenagers do something other than re-tread over 1950s jokes that were stale by about '54, I admit that a lot of the "gritty" remake stuff has been a bit less interesting for me. I should mention that I haven't hated anything as of yet but it hasn't really grabbed me as being that interesting or compelled me to read on. I should mention that I haven't hated anything as of yet but it hasn't really grabbed me as being that interesting or compelled me to read on. I want to state that this is only in the comics as I have never seen any of the television adaptations which I've heard different takes on. That said, this comic has me slightly intrigued but it's still running middle ground. I like that the twins are pretty sinister and I do enjoy the blending of mundane concerns like having enough soda for a party with the more diabolical concerns like being evil enough for their parents. It was pretty darkly humorous which I appreciated and I would have liked to see more of in the comic version of Sabrina that I read. Over all, I still don't know if I will be running out to grab the next issue but for what it's worth, I'm not saying I wouldn't give it a look just to see where it goes.

Didn't really enjoy this sadly. Not a fan of the art and found it kind a predictable and boring.

The Blossoms, forever in conflict, and now one of them will soon become the Anti-Christ. But which twin? Archie Horror continues to thrill and I can never get enough Cheryl and Jason.

This was an interesting read. I love the art and the story is different than any Archie comic ever made. I look forward to reading the next one.
