The Krinar Exposé
What happens in an alien sex club stays in an alien sex club, right? Well... not if you pen an exposé on the place. And certainly not if you omit the fact that the experiences in the article are your own. Or if the Krinar you’ve hooked up with is the club's owner, whose many kinks involve blackmail and mind games. For a young journalist out to prove herself, it's all about landing the next big story. Until it becomes all about landing in a possessive alien's penthouse bed. NOTE: This full-length novel combines two previously published works—The X-Club, a short story by Anna Zaires, and Vair, the sequel written by Hettie Ivers. It also contains an all-new, expanded ending and an epilogue featuring Mia & Korum.

Maybe you enjoy sci-fi and you don’t know it yet.“You read my personal emails?”“Of course, darling.” Not a trace of contrition.“I am not your darling. And my family’s behavior is none of your business.” How dare he judge my mom?His smile slipped, his military-poster jaw tightening sternly. “I beg to differ. Everything about you is my business. I dnf this book, not because there was anything wrong it with but it’s just not my cup of tea. My fault for just seeing the name Anna Zaires ( I adore her) and not really reading that it was about a sex club!

Skipping this....Dear Anna Zaires, You are one of the rare authors who I go to blindly. You write the prefect books, perfect hero and perfect setup. Please don’t write books on sex club and all. PLEASE. Already there are thousands of crap out there in the market with such sh*ts.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Krinar Expose was definitely one of the hottest read of this year! What a fabulous story! I’m a loyal fan of Anna’s writing and especially her Krinar World, who could resist that magical universe full of possessive, extremely intelligent and impossible male characters?! Right, nobody! Her collaboration with Hettie Ivers left me speechless. This story is brilliantly plotted and written, I equally loved both leading characters, which happens quite rarely in my reading experience. I have just experienced a Krinar-reading orgasm! And I’m still shivering from it!The Krinar world is one of my TOP 3 favourite romance fantasy worlds. In typical Anna Zaires fashion, he has a soft considerate side that is reserved for his one and only. Amy Myers is a smart and aspiring journalist who is curious about the alien arrivals and hopes that her exposé will finally get her taken seriously at her job. In typical Hettie Ivers fashion, Amy’s POV narrative is full of neurotic humour, fun, and intensity. What made me shiver at the end? Well, you MUST read it for yourself. But here’s a hint: I love how Emily and Zaron (The Krinar Captive) and Mia and Korum (Close Liaisons, etc) are referenced in the Epilogue. I’m such a literary nerd at heart!ARC received, unnecessarily. This was destined to be an very biased review, since I loved the previously published Part 1 (The X-Club) and Part 2 (Vair: Beyond the X-Club) and I couldn’t have dreamed of not loving this book.

But inn general I don’t like spinoffs or sequels written by other authors, because in the majority of (if not all) cases they are invariably disappointing. One of the most important things that attracts me to an author’s writing is voice. Voice is a concept that isn’t easy to define, but for me it is the distinctive style in which a writer deploys language to create a world before our inner eyes, the way they enhance their characters with personality, and how they imbue everything with a certain mood. With all the discussion about ghostwriters and famous authors not really writing their own books (anymore) there is some controversy about whether voice can imitated. I have to admit that I belong to the faction that believes that voice is very hard, if not impossible, to imitate. I also think that I am able to recognize the voice of my favorite authors and would notice if they weren’t writing their books themselves. That being said, I really loved The X-Club but was dissatisfied with the brevity and very open ending of the story. Amy Myers is an aspiring journalist and she is tired of getting all the fluff assignments. So she decides to find and visit one of the infamous x-clubs, where humans go to have sex with the otherwordly Krinar. It is said that such encounters are addictive. Amy only wants to go there to observe, but she ends up spending a night of night numbing passion with the club’s owner, Vair. The next morning she wakes up in her bed alone, with her recollection somewhat fuzzy on what exactly took place (beyond the pleasure) and how she ended up at home. The end.And that’s where Hettie Ivers Vair: Beyond the X-Club picks up again. Amy writes her disclosure story but makes it appear like she interviewed sources to get the information. She fears reprisals by the Krinar Council but for several weeks nothing happens. And then all of a sudden she is shown film material on her computer of her night with Vair. She assumes she is being blackmailed to retract her story, so she decides to go back to the club to confront Vair, but things are not what they seem at all.Initially I was a bit irritated by the change from third person narrative to first person narrative, but I soon got reconciled to it since it seemed to me that Ivers nailed Amy’s inner thoughts pretty well. I also liked how smoothly she managed to interweave background details of the Krinar world and the way she expanded on Amy’s relationship with Jay and how she fleshed out Amy’s family. And last, but not least, I loved how she brought Amy and Vair back together; the sex between these two is really hot and spectacular. Not quite sure about the guinea pig angle, though you should read it yourself to find out more. If you love Anna Zaires’ Krinar World as much as I do, you won’t be disappointed by Amy and Vairs story. So go grab it!4.75 stars for this scorching hot read!

If you love strong, sexy as fuck Alphas, then you'll love anything that Hettie writes, but furthermore you'll appreciate the gift that is Vair. A delicious gift that Anna painstakingly hand-wraps and delivers, while Hettie rips into the wrapping with such enthusiasm present in her writing, it's indecent.DO NOT begin reading unless you're prepared to change your panties regularly, have your significant other on hand, and/or favorite toy of choice close by. Neither of these authors just write sex scenes, they pulls you into the experience, leaving you wondering if you're having an orgasm of your own as you're reading, which, if you took my advice a sentence ago, could very well be the case. Where Anna selfishly left us wanting more, Hettie picks up and delivers a sizzling exposition of not one, but two relationships exploring sexual freedom and intimacy with hot Aliens. Amy's career has taken off and is in full on denial mode regarding her electrifying experience with Vair, something he plans on remedying the moment he waltzes back into her life. Who knew blackmail could be so sexy? Her strong will, fuels her need to fight the claim of ownership that Vair desires to make, leaving the reader to be conflicted regarding who to root for, I found myself switching teams multiple times throughout this story.Jay, my favorite, non man-bun wearing, bisexual, supporting character, goes from trying to smuggle Amy out of the city, to playing doctor with nurse Shalee, a hot female alien. This was something I was excited to see an author explore. Don't get me wrong, I will always love me some hot male alpha energy, but give me an author whose willing to explore the trope less traveled and I'd be willing to read any other works the author has. I hope this isn't the end for Jay and Shalee, rather I would love to read a continuation of their relationship in later works. *hint hint*Anna has added to this work with an ending that leaves you both relieved and wanting more. She even includes cameos of a few other characters from her Krinar universe, and since both authors cause you to become emotionally and sexually invested in any character they write, I highly recommend calling in sick while reading this one.

With his Krinar good looks and predatory grace, Vair pursues the "little human" across the club's dance floor and straight into his bed where they share a scorching night that neither of them soon forgets. Vair totally captivated by Amy and the incredible night they shared, intends to make sure he and his sexy "little human" continue their sizzling story no matter how much she tries to deny their connection. In spite of her weak protestations to the contrary, Amy knows the depth of their connection and Vair's allure is other worldly. But is Vair really interested in her or does he have a hidden agenda?Anna and Hettie's book is filled with page after page of tantalizing scenes, interesting characters and a descriptive futuristic earth that made me wish for my own personal Krinar invasion. The off the charts sexual chemistry between Amy and Vair is palpable and panty melting. This book like the other works in the Krinar Chronicles gives us another enviable look at how truly wonderful it would be to be a Krinar "charl". It also give us another gorgeous, possessive alien book boyfriend to dream naughty thoughts about. - sorry human men, better luck next evolution! This book can be read as a stand alone from the other Krinar stories or in addition to them. If you do choose to read the other ones, Mia and Korum's trilogy is a great place to start and the beginning of the Krinar journey.

If you're worried about needing to follow a book order, you do not as most of the Krinar series spinoffs are their own stories and end at the end of the book. I received a complimentary ARC of this book from the author in exchange for my honest review.

Writing an article on the aliens that have taken up resident on your planet?! Probably not the smartest idea for Amy. I first read Hettie’s Krinar story Vair and absolutely fell in love with the Krinar world. Like it’s a definite reread for me. Then I read Anna’s book The X-Club and ohmygoodness, AMAZING! Put both of those together and add some bonus material, PERFECTION! Seriously I’m so excited to grab the paperback of The Krinar Expose and add it to my shelf. These characters are witty and intriguing. Hettie and Anna also write some of the best nsfw scenes I’ve ever read. Journalist Amy Myers is sick of getting fluff pieces so to prove herself she intends to infiltrate one of the so-called x-club, a Krinar s** club. The plan is simple, get in, observe, get out ... except that Amy doesn't expect to meet the stunningly beautiful Vair, owner of the x-club. Vair's stare speaks of heated male intent and something more. There's more to Vair and his club than meets the eye, and he's got his own plans for Amy.The Krinar Exposé is an intriguing, drama-filled and steamy st Journalist Amy Myers is sick of getting fluff pieces so to prove herself she intends to infiltrate one of the so-called x-club, a Krinar s** club. Krinar men are Alpha always worth remembering that before diving into the Krinar world, I love an Alpha man and the Krinar being aliens make them that bit more interesting. Now if you add in a sex club to that idea, you know its gonna be steamy.I have enjoyed previous Krinar books, especially the ones by Anna Z herself. The spin off by other authors are enjoyable but not quite the same, but this one has Anna along with a new author to me writing together and it works. This is a great addition to Krinar men are Alpha always worth remembering that before diving into the Krinar world, I love an Alpha man and the Krinar being aliens make them that bit more interesting. This book was hot! I loved the hint of dub-con in this story. Amy's attracted by Vair but he scares her and she feels like she's being coerced even though she doesn't put up much of a fight and always has a ton of orgasms. I loved Jay he's an interesting character it would have been fun to see some of his interactions with the Ks. I loved that Vair is pretty much telling Amy that he wants her forever but she's afraid and uses the blackmailing excuse not to own up to her feelings but eventually s This book was hot! "Arc provided generously by the author in exchange for an honest review"First of all had already read the X-club when I was obsessed with Anna Zaires ( I still am). Back to the book the writing was fantastic and the sex was "Oh my God"It is the continuation of the X-Club and about a small scale journalist Amy and her hot otherworldly one night stand Vair. I find the characters amusing and hot especially Tauce. If you liked Mia and Korum, you will love this story of another Krinar love affair. It's not necessary to read any of the other Krinar stories to enjoy this one but how wonderful to have Mia and Korum appear again. This story has an alpha, plenty of steam and romance. Anna is an automatic purchase for me with every book and she never disappoints! This was a great collaboration with Hettie Ivers.

Anna Zaires, author extraordinaire known for her Krinar World of alpha dominant males who set their eyes on a woman and won't give up until they get them, partners with Hettie Ivers, relatively new author extraordinaire for an extraordinarily well written steamy tale. This was so well done that I couldn't tell where Anna's story ended and Hettie's story starts. Love the Krinar world and the stories of dominant alien vampires and the females they fall for and want to possess.

I have come to adore this author and the way she writes. Her stories always have a certain appeal to them that is distinctly all her. This book is different than others that I have read by her in the past. That being said, this was still a great book. Two great leading characters, an over-the-top alpha, and hot steamy times. If you are looking for an alien PNR story then be sure and check out this Krinar world.

I love the Krinar series by Anna Zaires. and I waited for this to come out. A lot of hot sexy Krinar that is for sure. Amy is looking for her big break in writing for her paper, but she needs a great story. With the help of her good friend Jay they decide to look for the secret x-club. Internet searches and clues had them both trying to get in. Vair is Krinar and running the club that serves a purpose and it is not just about sex. Now he has his sights on Amy and nothing will stand in his way. I I love the Krinar series by Anna Zaires. and I waited for this to come out. A lot of hot sexy Krinar that is for sure. It takes Amy awhile before she realizes her fate and future is set with Vair.
