Wolf's Mate (Shifter Rogues, #1.5)
Werewolf Declan Reed’s mate is lying to him. Not outright, but a lie by omission is enough to tweak his tail and anger his wolf.  Abby is pregnant and she still hasn’t told him about the baby. He’s given her time, but the moment he gets her alone, he’s going to demand answers.
The trick is finding her alone because his mate has been adopted as an honorary sister to the rest of Declan’s Shifter Operations Command—SHOC—team.  That means that when they’re not on a mission, he’s got at least one team member—sometimes more—at his home.
Thankfully, Declan is a highly trained SHOC agent. If he has to kidnap his own mate to get some privacy, he’ll do what needs to be done.
~~This short story is set in the SHIFTER ROGUES world and does not stand alone. It should be read after WOLF'S MATE and is a little bit of family life for those who fell in love with the SHIFTER ROGUES guys and aren’t ready to let them go.~~

Three and a halfThis follow up to Wolfs Mate is such a fun read . It was lovely to see this couple getting on with their lives but I have to admit their fellow SHOC teammates really do steal every scene. Here we have our favourite wolf and his cougar mate trying to find quality alone time but every time they turn around they are inundated by their fellow shifters ! That would be bad enough but Declans nose is telling him that he and his mate really do need to talk but it doesn't look like Abby a Three and a halfThis follow up to Wolfs Mate is such a fun read . No real angst or dangerous issues to contend with admittedly but Declans teammates truly keep getting in his way. It's ok though as he has a cunning plan but with these outrageous guys you just never know what they will do next ! Enjoy the mayhem and be prepared to start craving a book featuring a very interesting tiger !This voluntary take is of an advance copy and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

I currently refrain from rating this, since I didn‘t watch out and didn‘t get this was a novella, a sequel to the first book. I think I didn‘t get the characters enough to thoroughly enjoy it. And this is not meant as a stand-alone.

Man, Declan's teammates are all a little too amped up on the team building thing. By that, I mean, they are WAY involved in Declan and Abby's life. And Abby's undisclosed pregnancy. The undisclosed part isn't Abby's fault, either. It wasn't that she didn't want to tell Declan (and by extension, his team) that she was pregnant, but more than she didn't quite believe it.And maybe--just maybe--if the team gave Declan and Abby some alone time (and if they didn't use that time to practice making babie Man, Declan's teammates are all a little too amped up on the team building thing. Who am I kidding? Those two hit the bone-zone so quickly (and often), they'd probably medal in it if it were an Olympic sport.Let's face it, that's just one reason I like them so much.Growly shifters, a hormonal woman, and a team with no sense of boundaries. Absolutely Loved This Book. This book follows on from the first one Wolf's Mate and we get to catch up with the SHOC Team and find out Abby, Declan's mate is pregnant and has the 30 tests to prove it. Abby does not know how to break the news to Declan so she has not told him yet. Abby is not aware that shifters can tell when someone is pregnant by the change in their scent. So all the team members including Declan have known she is pregnant and wondering why she has not said anything. Declan wou Absolutely Loved This Book. This was a sweet little snippet into the lives of Abby and Declan from Wolf’s Mate (a great book BTW). I loved seeing all of the SHOC members again and the progression of Abby and Declan’s mating. So cute. Keeping secrets from shifters is not easy. But the ending was sooo sweet. Almost makes putting up with the teams bulls**t worth it. And something that Celia Kyle does really well in all of her books is infuse them with laughter. I would suggest reading " Wolf's Mate" prior to this novella to enjoy each and every character involved.

I laughed out loud at these guys and what they do.Everyone knows Abby is pregnant, even Abby but she is being an ostrich about it for some reason. As his team members keep barging in and giving them no privacy and Declan is fed up waiting for his mate to give him the happy news, he takes drastic measures. All the team are waiting for Abby to tell Declan so they can celebrate. Great follow up story to the original Wolf's Mate about Declan and Abby. Declan trying to get Abby to tell him she is pregnant is serious business to him, but it is all fun and games for his SHOC team members. Declan and Abby can not seem to get time alone, and it is does not seem like that will happen any time soon, but what the team does for them is so sweet, yet annoying as far as Declan is concerned. I loved this story! It was a nice, quick pop in with the characters. We get to see Abby and Declan along with the rest of the SHOC team. I loved their antics and laughed multiple times. This story was a quick, fun read. I can't wait to read the other team members stories! You definitely need to read Wolf's Mate, the first book in the series, to really enjoy this one. I highly recommend you doing so. It's a fabulous read.

Charming little taleDeclan and Abby have their own home now, built just for them at the shifter compound. Unfortunately they are not getting any alone time as the rest of Declan's team spend every waking hour in his house (despite having their own homes right next to him). Declan thinks the lack of privacy is why Abby has not told him she's pregnant so he halches a plan to get some alone time just him and his mate, no team, or so he thinks. Brilliant.

A super hilarious short story. My only issue I wish it was longer. I can wait for the other guys in the crew to find their own mate. Overall enjoyable and entertaining read. I do recommend that you read Wolf's Mate prior to this short for things to make more sense. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no minority compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.

OMG! I loved how uber alpha Declan was. The story was a fantastic romp of how your friends are family and you still want to kill your dysfunctional family – with love!! There was one point in the story where Abby internally expressed a wistful desire that I thought was worth following up on. Overall, I was happy with the story.

Cute follow up to Wolf’s Mate. Dylan has been waiting for Abby to tell him she is pregnant, but with his team around all the time, there is never a private moment. The team’s behavior is pretty funny. They are lucky Abby doesn’t kill them.
