I'm sad this series is over. I'll miss Drav! This was a funny, witty and sexy read. Great book companion for traveling (by train). I hope there is more to this series. The ending was too vague, definitely has potential for a spin-off series.

What an adventure!Demon Ash is the third book in the trilogy and it was loved, again. Drav and Mya are back on the surface, but they are not alone. The world is a much more dangerous place and this book is thrilling and keeps you on edge. The infected scenes are more intense, so I read during the day. ;) So good, and I'm looking forward to more from this new world.

This is the first series I've read that the fey are so docile and it creeps me out.

And the series finally comes to an end. I have to say, if Melissa and Becca weren't the authors of this book, I wouldn't have read it. Zombies and apocalypse novels aren't my thing, but I am in love with these authors, so I was willing to chance it. I have to admit, I was a little disappointed. Especially recently coming off the Judgement of Six series, and MJ Haag's Beauty and the Beast series. The plot and flow of this series has been by far it's biggest downfall. It was much too rushed in the beginning, and the end. In fact, I didn't even realize it was the end of the book until I tried to turn the page on my kindle and BAM, no more. It did not feel like it was leading to an ending at all.Now saying that, this has been the best actual writing of the trilogy. It flowed really nicely (until the ending), and it was really great seeing everything play out. The absolute highlight of this series has been the characters, who have been written so fantastically, and with so much creativity and imagination! I loved all the ideas that this book was based upon, and despite it's faults, the entire trilogy was a great read.

About this series as a whole...The first book was sooo good despite Mya being stupidly naive... the second not great I wanted to push Mya off a cliff all she did was complain and she has unrealistic delusions... the last one... Mya is lucky that she had Drav because she would be very dead she went from kinda brave and determined to annoying and whiny and then too stupid to live. Mya annoyed me a lot but I still liked the series I don’t read anything with zombies do this was a first for me. And I am left with many questions the biggest is where did Timmy come from in the first place? I know where they found him and how they got him but I’m curious about how he ended up in the situation he was in. Also it was confusing about the number of fey that had come to the surface the original count didn’t seem to line up throughout the 3rd book. There was good there was a lot of bad and Mya really really is annoying and her brother is stupid but I did like the fey at least.

This third installment continues to provide a roller coaster of emotions, laugh out loud moments, and edge of your seat suspense. From establishing peaceful relations with humans, to defending themselves from increasingly clever zombies and persistent, nearly indestructible hellhounds, Mya seems to have little chance of survival in the new reality of life on Earth. Readers have to decide if the fey will become the key to not just Mya's survival, but all of humankind. Fantastic read, with high hopes for more from this collaboration of authors.

When we last saw Mya and Drav she was on the brink of death and he felt as if he was losing his world...I had huge fears for book 3, was so apprehensive about there the storyline was going to go...holding my breath I took the plunge and started on page 1. As they survey the world around them the landscape is nothing like Mya remembers. The most intriguing seriesCan't they make grey men in real life? This last book had all the answers i was waiting for. I loved the dystopian style writing so much. I liked that she also didnt just have a simple HEA but instead had something that left us picturing what the ending could be. I thought the humor she was able to add it was amazing especially in an apocalyptic story trying to find ways to make it light hearted is a hard thing to do but this author does it flawlessly. This is such a roller coaster finale to a wonderful trilogy....fans of the series will love it!!! I’m not a zombie book fan at all but the completely different twist on the norm for this series has captured my heart!! Drav and Mya are wonderfully written characters with great chemistry. The story is fast paced picking up straight after the cliff hanger ending in book 2 and it’s full of twists and turns. Sadly, I did not enjoy this book as much a I hoped to. I liked the previous two better. This one just felt rushed and left behind a lot of loose ends.I sure hope this is not the last we're seeing these characters, because there's still a lot I want to know. Like whether or not someone will finally realize that Mya has changed and what their reaction will be. Also, how are the infected getting smarter and where that can lead us? Sexy and exciting Wow! Non stop nail biting action, hardships, saving humans and fey alike among distrust and hostility. The relationship among h/H deepens tremendously, death stalks them to the very brink of abyss and they are finally reunited with the missing family. Among this intense and emotional journey there were comical situations that had me bursting with laughter or giggling like a little girl. Great conclusion to the series!

What an awesome conclusion to the seriesI absolutely loved this story. May and Drav are awesome and I loved that all the fey were so prominent throughout the story. The characters are amazing and the journey they took to find safety was great. I love everything about this story and series.

MehI liked the first part of this series because it was action packed. This last one is so relationship forced and I found myself increasingly irritated with the female main character. Focusing on strange, idealistic morality in a dying world while her man suffers and bleeds for it. I found her to be insufferably naive.

What an amazing conclusion to such a thrilling series! I absolutely adore Mya and Drav and their struggle to make things work in a world that makes that seem impossible. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time wondering what was going to happen. I hope to read about the other characters in this world in future books!

This book was cover to cover action and craziness. There were times I was so frustrated I think I growled at the book, and others I'd giggle maniacally at it. I really loved how they wrapped up Mya and Drav's story. Oh and I LOVE her mom. LAWL! That woman slayed me!

What a great read; I wasn't ready for it to end!! I love the conclusion to Drav & Mya's story. It gives us hope for their future and leaves room for more stories (hint, hint). Thank you to Melissa Haag and Becca Vincenza for sharing this incredible world with us!

Blown away with how good the Resurrection Chronicles ends. I really enjoyed this series. This last book, “Demon Ash” was so full of action, excitement, hot romance, and unity. MJ Haag and Becca Vincenza did a fabulous job writing how or if the humans would accept the fey and how they could possible work together to rebuild the world. Mya and Drav’s relationship continues to build and I love their chemistry together. I also loved meeting Mya’s family. I just love the other Fey guys too. Bravo MJ Haag & Becca Vincenza, well done! This is my favorite book series that I’ve ever read! This book (#3) continues on from book 1 & 2. It is definitely not stand-alone reading, since the world building progresses starting in book 1, continuing into 2, ending in 3. It still amazes me how well the authors, MJ Haag & Becca Vincenza, meshed together writing this, you cannot pick apart who wrote what in my opinion. This flowed fast & furious, it is a can’t put it down, stay up all night until you finish type of book. The characters are all dynamic, even the secondary characters. There’s all sorts of things going on in his book, from Zombies, apocalypse, drama, mystery, thrills, excitement, humor, Love, & sex. It kept me on the edge of my seat, laughing, crying & stressing over what’s going to happen next. The humor always seems to offset the the heavy moments as well. The balance for all the emotional swings was perfect!I adored the main characters, Mya & Drav, their story evolves thru the series, giving them depth & character, it just feels real. This book ended with the HEA love story that I wanted. I did feel the ending was just a tad rushed, but it didn’t hurt the story in my opinion, since I was just being greedy & wanting more. The only thing I hated about this book was that it was the end of the series! I just wanted to keep reading about them, I’d have loved 600 pages for each book to get more of Drav & Mya, more of their story & more of their world since it felt like I was right there. This book did leave an opening for a possibility for spin-offs for the other fey males. Im not positive if that was the direction the authors intended though. If there are spin-offs, I do hope we get glimpses of Mya & Drav in those. This book was definitely steamier sexually (but tastefully done) than the first 2 books were.
