A great, short shifter story I've been in the shifter story mood and this hit the spot. Short, sexy and sweet.-no cheating-no pushing away -instalove -no om drama -ow drama- the female alpha of the pack tries to challenge the heroine. The hero had never slept with her in the past -very short but cute epilogue

I loved the first half.. it was on its way to be a solid 4 star read (at least!) for me. Then it all fell apart at the end. A little disappointed.I just want an amazing shifter romance! Is that too much to ask?!

4 STARS!t has been a long time since I’ve read a Paranormal novel and most pnr that I read dealt with Vampires. She's soon to learn things about Carter that she never in her wildest dreams would have imagined.I loved the hell out of The Alpha’s Arrangement! The alpha vibe shines bright in this novel!Carter and his pack are epic. I loved the little humorous moments here and there. Heartwarming and sexy…This was such a great paranormal read filled with humour and super hot shapeshifters…Carter is the Alpha of his pack and he is nothing if not persistent when he sets his sights on Izzy…..boy is he determined….of course there is also the small matter of him being a magical being and her complete ignorance of the fact but this just makes the story all the more enjoyable…Izzy recounts the story from her perspective which provides a personal narrative of her gradual awakening t Heartwarming and sexy…This was such a great paranormal read filled with humour and super hot shapeshifters…Carter is the Alpha of his pack and he is nothing if not persistent when he sets his sights on Izzy…..boy is he determined….of course there is also the small matter of him being a magical being and her complete ignorance of the fact but this just makes the story all the more enjoyable…Izzy recounts the story from her perspective which provides a personal narrative of her gradual awakening to the supernatural world she encounters……There are a number of memorable moments in the book but my favourite is the initial meeting between Izzy and Carter at the local supermarket…Carter is so alpha and protective and Izzy is a perfect match and the heat and sexual chemistry that builds between them is super hot…. the secondary characters are also wonderfully described; I became infatuated by Carter and his band of shapeshifting brothers…..their interactions are full of camaraderie and brotherly affection… Owen in particular is one character I would like to know more about….The storyline is light and romantic however there is a scene towards the end involving Izzy which seemed to develop very quickly and although disturbing is also swiftly dismissed by Carter I did not think that the event itself or the reactions of Izzy and Carter reflected the overall feel of the book…That said this is an engaging short read with plenty of pace; and is in the main heartwarming, a sexy paranormal romance with a great cast…. This book was reviewed for Summer's Eve Reads...

I love reading about shifters. And this storyline was pretty good. It's insta and quick. I would loved more bitch drama, but I can live with just a short moment of it. LolOur hero Carter is sneaky and possessive wolf. I liked that about him. And I know 'safe read' lovers will adore him. With Izzy is a little different. I was a little frustrated with her. I'm not a fan of h, who losses her all marbles and just drools on sight of H. I like for h to have some wit about her, to have coherent thoughts I love reading about shifters. I don't say that Izzy was completely like this, but it was too close for my liking. I would liked if Izzy was more aware so to speak, instead of rolling with questionable things since she moved. But on the other hand, maybe that acceptance was wolf thing. She may have been just plain human, but Izzy still felt connection even before forming mating bond with Carter. I guess, it's depends how you look at things.

With some drama, an alpha that knows what he wants, this was a really fast paced story that took me 30 min to read. I give this 4 stars.

Super short, sweet paranormal read. About 85 pages, but it was really well written, and not at all a wham, bam, thank you ma'am. In that short time the author does a fabulous job of laying the ground work for the book, and the characters are well developed as is the story. This is told in Izzy's POV only.

So when she heads to town she thinks nothing off it especially when most of the people notice her when she walks into the local grocery store. She takes special notice though of two men in the meat section. One of those men seems particularly happy to meet her and he does something to her as well. Izzy wonders though is it all to good to be true or has she found a man who truly wants her for her?Grant knows he is keeping things from her but he needs to get to know her and her him. He wonders though if he pushes to hard or to fast if he will loose his human mate before he can even explain it to her. The one thing he does know is he has time especially since they will be living together. Oh he has to explain that to his mate as well. He just hopes he won't do anything that will have the woman running for the hills and not in a good way. Can he have it all or will he lose her before he even gets a real chance? This book asks the question if something looks to good to be true is it? This is a great book with many twists and turns in it. There are so many things I want to tell you about this book but don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

Regarding the storyline, I never fully understood what she was running from, why she wanted peace and quiet. Carter did not give her that, he was a storm, an invasion, from the moment he met her. A lot happens in this book but to list it out would give too much away.Carter tricked her, many times, to get close to her. Did it make sense for the story? Yes. He's an Alpha driven by primal needs and flat out, he gets what he wants. Did she give in too quickly? Yes, but the story is short, not a lot of time for a profound romance with so much action and change happening. There is not a lot of character development, no deep themes or severe angst. It is, however, not poorly written or super hokey. It's a nice summer read, full of spicy bits. For the most part, satisfying. I like this author's PNR turn, it's a nice change up from her bikers (who I love).

The Alpha's Arrangement is the 15th book in the Howls Romance series. This is the first book I've read in the series and I enjoyed it immensely. I really enjoyed the characters, they had good chemistry between them, I enjoyed some of the secondary characters we got to meet. **Spoiler** Hopefully Owen will get his own story. I liked the way that the wolves were introduced and how Carter brought it to Izzy. My biggest gripe is I wish the book was longer. Other than that I really enjoyed it! Hope this helps!! The Alpha's Arrangement is a shifter novella. This story did not do much for me. Carter is the local alpha of the territory that Izzy just moved into. The story moved really fast and wasn't realistic. The timing would have been rushed for a human relationship, let alone the fact that Izzy knew nothing about shifters. This story had many parts - the main characters falling for each other, the realization that shifters are real, the choice of joining the pack for Izzy, and then Izzy finding her pl The Alpha's Arrangement is a shifter novella.
