I got an advanced copy of this book, and I did a happy dance when it came in the mail. So I tried really hard to savor this book and read it slowly in order to give my honest opinion. There were three stories, and I lasted three days. All three stories were fantastic! These three writers are always wonderful, but I was a little nervous about their novellas when I am so used to them having a whole novel to work with. I shouldn't have worried! I enjoyed the stories more because I have read novels I got an advanced copy of this book, and I did a happy dance when it came in the mail. I enjoyed the stories more because I have read novels in the series that they correlate to, but you could enjoy all of them on their own. Worth the Wait - This one goes along with the Harper's Station series which I haven't finished yet, but now I really want to! This one reached through my chest wall and squeezed. It was fabulous, and sad, and sweet. Ben and Tori are both characters you can fall in love with, and I hope they have more page time in another book! An Awakened Heart- So good!!! But one thing that confused me was the little blurb on the back. When I read the story and it seemed like the minister, Guy, was the widower and well established in the community, and Christine was a spinster who was the newcomer. But the back makes it sound like the opposite is true. So either the plot changed or the person who wrote the blurb didn't read the story (Or I really missed something). But Christine finding a purpose and a champion in Guy and the tenements of New York was inspiring, and the world building was amazing! Toward the Sunrise - Ashton and Julia were so cute together! I have never had an urge to be a doctor, but Julia's drive makes her a woman worthy of emulation. Elizabeth Camden made delivery goats sound fun, and I didn't think that was possible! Go pick this up as soon as it comes out!! You will be incredibly blessed! Witemeyer, Hedlund, and Camden can't write fast enough to keep me happy! Keep up the amazing work ladies!!
