    I'm always amazed by Patrick Samphire's writing. He is a master not only at writing but imagining and is able to weave the two together to make his stories come to life. THE EMPEROR OF MARS would be a great read for those who are into exploring the possibilities of living on Mars, fantasy reads like Harry Potter, and readers who are fascinated by inventions. It's fun, witty, inventive, adventurous and full of heart. As a mom of four boys, and a former elementary librarian, I highly recommend thi I'm always amazed by Patrick Samphire's writing. He is a master not only at writing but imagining and is able to weave the two together to make his stories come to life. THE EMPEROR OF MARS would be a great read for those who are into exploring the possibilities of living on Mars, fantasy reads like Harry Potter, and readers who are fascinated by inventions.
